Dear Patients:

My name is Willem E. Bos and I personally welcome you to Bos Chiropractic's home on the web. My grandparents immigrated to the United States from Holland, hence the unique Dutch spelling of my name. Growing up in Edgerton, Minnesota and attending undergraduate school at the University of Minnesota Morris. I later received my Doctorate of Chiropractic graduating Summa cum Laude from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, MN. My favorite activities involve exercise and the outdoors. I am not afraid of snow, or cold weather, but I moved to Arizona to escape it. I thoroughly enjoy hiking and have done three multiple day backpacking trips through Grand Canyon National Park. I love to water ski, snow ski, jog, lift weights and practice yoga. I even ran the Rock and Roll half marathon (13.1 miles) in January of 2004.

My decision to be a chiropractor stemmed from a recognition of the potential to help people tremendously. Being an athlete, (I was a sprinter in track and played various positions in football) I've always been extremely interested in the amazing intricacies of the human being. Additionally, when Chiropractic helped me to heal from severe lower back pain during college football, I decided what my life’s work would be... Chiropractic!!!

I have chosen to devote my life to the healing arts because I feel that helping others is the ultimate source of fulfillment and encouragement! By giving of ourselves, we can make the world a better and brighter place. Everyone deserves to be happy and healthy! I am very grateful for the opportunity to witness so many miracles taking place before my eyes. I have seen people who were feeling helpless regain a sense of hope in their lives! Patients who could barely walk, gained full mobility! Depressed people have been revitalized. Amazingly, others have achieved freedom from multiple medications, attaining their independence from presciptions. One of the most touching moments came when a single adjustment helped a poor, screaming, colicky baby go immediately into calm and peaceful rest! Isn't it incredible what can happen when the nervous system is restored to balance?!

I soundly believe in the principles of natural healing which are:

  • Health is a state of optimal physical, mental and spiritual well being, not merely the absence of disease or sickness.

  • Health is the natural state of the body which is maintained through proper functioning of the nervous system which controls and coordinates every single function of the body.

  • All successful health care methods involve a holistic approach which balances all aspects of health including: diet, exercise, nutrition, reduction of toxins, mental/emotional support, and proper spinal alignment.

  • I believe with all my heart in how I practice and always strive to improve it. I believe I give an excellent service for a fair fee. I want to help people! I encourage you to refer patients to me because our world is full of sick, unhappy, hurting people who deserve to be happy and healthy! 100% health and happiness are only possible when your nervous system functions at 100%! The whole purpose of Bos Chiropractic is to enhance the quality of life of our patients to the highest possible level.

What seems to make this practice unique is the friendly, caring attitude combined with a broad spectrum of health enhancing methods that holistically address all of the major components of health. I promise you personally that I will do my best to help you reach your specific health goals and to be the best that you can be!!

Thank you for your trust and confidence,

    Willem E. Bos, D.C.
